ROSIE ANN GAINES, age 53, of Cuba, Alabama, was born January 18, 1968 to the union of the late Willie Bert and Rosie Mae Pickens Gaines. She peacefully transitioned at her residence December 10, 2021 surrounded by loving family and friends. Graveside Service of Remembrance and Life Celebration is slated for Saturday, December 18, 2021 at 11:00 a. m. in Cagus Cemetery, located 4842 Kinterbish 10, Cuba. Rev. Izea Blanks, pastor of Grants Chapel CME Church will deliver the eulogy offering words of comfort and consolation with Sister Lenora Delaine Brown serving as Mistress of Order. Visitation for family and friends is scheduled Friday evening (December 17th) from 3-6:00 p.m. in the Weatherly Chapel. Those who remain to cherish precious memories and to celebrate a beautiful life of love are: a caring, devoted daughter, Janicia "Tweet" Amerson; a precious grandson Tony Reed; sisters- Essie (Josiah) Nixon and Teresa (Walter) Winn; Brothers- Willie Gaines, Dennis (Gwen) Gaines and Sammy (Christina, deceased) Gaines; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives and friends who loved her dearly and whom Rosie also loved.
