RAY ANTHONY KENNEDY, age 58, of Upper Marlboro, MD., affectionately known as "Huggie", born in Birmingham, Alabama to the union of Emma Pearl Kennedy and Lester Lee Byrd, and grandson to the late Deacon Edgar and Emma Amerson Kennedy of Livingston, Alabama; peacefully transitioned at his residence November 8, 2020 at 6:21 a.m. Service of Memory and Life Celebration is slated for Saturday, November 28, 2020 at 12:00 noon from Shiloh Baptist Church, 305 Nelson R. Hughes Drive, Livingston. He will lie in repose at the church from 10:30 a.m. until 11:45 a.m. Rev. Edmond Bell, pastor of Shiloh Zion Baptist church, Boyd, Alabama will deliver the eulogy and offer words of comfort and consolation; Rev. Dwayne Antwion Crockett is pastor and will serve as officiant. Interment follows in the Kennedy Family plot of Shiloh Cemetery, Sumterville Road, Livingston.
