PAULA SUE HALE, age 71, of Livingston, Alabama, born in Los Angeles, California to the late Otis William and Cleo Brookins Hale of Choctaw County; Yantley, Alabama, peacefully entered into eternal rest at her residence, October 26, 2019. Memorial Service of Transition is scheduled for Sunday afternoon, November 3, 2019 at 1:00 p. m. from the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, located 1435 Fourth Avenue, York, Alabama with Bro. Atkin Lewis offering words of comfort and consolation. She was baptized as one of Jehovah's Witnesses on September 18, 1965, and started pioneering in 1967 with the Hoover Congregation in Los Angeles, Ca., also the Florence, Manchester, Budlong and South Gage, and for four years, she attended the Main Spanish congregation before moving to Livingston, Alabama. While in Livingston, she and her mother in 1996 began attending the York, Alabama congregation where she continued doing what she loved most; going door to door talking to people about the bible. Sister Paula had one sister, Beatrice Brookings, her mother and father, all who preceded her in death. And those who remain to mourn her passing and to cherish her memories are: nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of other relatives and friends.
