But Jesus said - "Suffer little children and forbid them not, to come unto Me, for of such is the Kingdom of Heaven" Ja'Myrio Amir Alston, age 3, of the Ward Route of Cuba, Alabama, born in Lorain, Ohio November 2, 2017, to Johnna Alston and Cecil Newell, transitioned and Heaven welcomed its Angel, July 4, 2021 at Hill Hospital of Sumter County, York, Alabama. He enjoyed playing ball, and having fun with his brothers and sisters. He loved Paw Patrol and his precious smile lit up a room. Ja'Myrio will be greatly missed by everyone who came into contact with him. Graveside Service of Memory is slated for Friday, July 16, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. in Cokes Chapel Cemetery, county road 9, Ward. Brother Johnny Davis will offer words of comfort and consolation. Visitation for family and friends is scheduled Thursday evening (July 15th) from 3-6:00 pm in the Weatherly Chapel. Relatives who have preceded him in death are: his maternal grandfather, John A. Alston and his paternal grandmother Arlisa Johnson. Ja'Myrio is survived by his loving mother, Johnna A. Newell and his father, Cecil L. Newell; sisters - Ja'Nyah and Ja'Lyah of Lorain, OH., Jamar and Lil sister Zay Zay of Alabama; his loving grandmother, Bonnie Hobbs, also his great grandmother, Elsa M. Hobbs, both of Lorain, OH; many aunts, uncles and cousins who loved him dearly.
