Reed E. Greenfield

REED  E. GREENFIELD, age 82, of Clinton, Mississippi, born in Sumter County; Alabama to the late General and Daisy Lee Taylor Greenfield, passed November 12, 2015 at Sumter Health and Rehabilitation, York, Alabama. Reed Edward Greenfield was preceded in death by his loving parents General and Daisy Greenfield and four siblings; Regina Greenfield, William Greenfield, Ida B. Ethridge and Mattie Cockrell-Greenfield.      He leaves to cherish fond memories: A loving wife, LaTonya Greenfield; Two sons, Renaldo Greenfield and Reed Greenfield; One daughter, Regina Greenfield; Two brothers, Mark Greenfield and General (Mary) Greenfield; Four sisters, Elizabeth (Archie) Hayden, Ora (Frank) Williams, Pollie Turner and Jacquelyn Harvey; Two grandchildren, Johnny L. Long and Jamilia F. Holman; One great-grandchild, Aniyh Holman and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and friends.      Service of Remembrance will be November 21, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. from Christian Valley Baptist Church, Coatopa, Alabama. Rev. Felix Jones officiating, Rev. Willie West, Pastor. Interment follows in Zion Hill Cemetery, also Coatopa. Mr. Greenfield will lie in repose one hour prior to funeral time. Visitation for family and friends is scheduled for November 20, 2015 from 3-6:00 p.m. in the Weatherly Chapel.      To the Greenfield Family, we at Weatherly Funeral Home offer to each of you our most sincere and heartfelt sympathy.
