Josephine Bell

JOSEPHINE BELL, age 78, of York, Alabama, born to the late T.L. and Annamarie Portis Bell, passed at Sumter Health and Rehabilitation September 12, 2015.  Service of remembrance is to be held Saturday, September 19, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. from Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church, York, with Rev. Ronnie Walk, pastor, offering words of consolation and delivering the eulogy.  Sis. Bell will lie in repose one hour prior to funeral time.  Interment follows in Elmwood Memorial Gardens, located highway 11 East, also York.  After the committal service the family will receive friends for fellowship and repast in York West End Jr. High School's cafeteria where she was a cook for many years.  Visitation for family and friends is scheduled for Friday evening (Sept. 18th) from 3-6:00 in the Weatherly Chapel.  On Saturday morning at 10:30 the processional leaves the Bell family residence at 114 Washington Street.   To the Bell Family, we at Weatherly Funeral Home, offer to each of you our most sincere and heartfelt sympathy.  Our prayer remains that your abiding faith in God will continue to comfort, strengthen and sustain you during your many hours of sorrow.
